Starting this Sunday and continuing right up through Labor Day, we will be navigating our way through that portion of the Bible that rarely gets traveled, the Old Testament Prophetic books. Not only do we rarely read through them for our own personal devotions, but very few churches ever schedule them in their preaching calendars. And why? Because they are irrelevant! Well, they must be because we never go there. Hmm. I beg to differ – zealously beg to differ.
