Leadership Team Meeting

Though the final authority rests with our Elder Board, most of the “steering of our ship” and decision-making is made at this level. We have more than a dozen church members ranging from age 18 to 70-something. We gather at different locations on the final weekend once per quarter to evaluate where we are as a church family, what needs honing in our programming and relationships and where we hope by God’s Grace to be in 6 months, one year and going forward. Because we are resolute in being transparent, this meeting is open to everyone, both within our church family and outsiders wanting to learn more about us.
