Leadership Team Meeting

Though the final authority rests with our Elder Board, most of our “steering of the ship” and decision-making is made at this level. We have 14 church members ranging from age 30-something to 60-something. We gather at different locations on the final Friday once per quarter to evaluate where we are as a church family, what needs honing in our programming and relationships and where we hope by God’s Grace to be in 6 months, one year and going forward. Because we are resolute in being transparent, this meeting is open to everyone, both within our church family and outsiders wanting to learn more about us.
